So it’s only Christmas Eve. I don’t want to forget and not post to say Merry Christmas. I love Christmas and celebrating the savior’s birth. Where I live we barely ever have white Christmas. Even last year where we had a particularly hard winter Christmas wasn’t white. In fact today it’s raining, and yesterday I took a walk with only a light sweater and wasn’t cold. I don’t have much relatives over during the holidays either. Still it’s fun. One tradition we do have, besides the exchanging of presents, started last year when Jasmine got a Christmas puzzle in a garage sale, so now we do that every year while listening to something Christmas-y. Last year it was Charles Diken’s “A Christmas Carol” and this year it was just general Christmas music. “A Christmas Carol” is actually really funny, which is surprising considering it’s a classic. For some reason classics aren’t usually funny unless they’re Jane Austin or something. I don’t know why. Even my sister who’s a humanity major doesn’t know why. Well, anyway, Merry Christmas!
